I provide caring, strength-based counseling to clients in-person and virtually. All clients, teens to seniors are welcome. My practice is LGBTQ+ friendly and affirming and welcomes those who identify BIPOC. I am also a trained EMDR therapist who utilizes a psychodynamic approach to trauma.
